On 14 May 2024, from 10:00–11:30 CEST, we are hosting with Mental Health Europe a webinar entitled “How do you do co-creation in mental health” in honor of European Public Health Week and European Mental Health Week.
Co-creation is an essential aspect of strengthening mental health systems. For people with lived experience, co-creation reduces stigma and discrimination related to mental health, while fostering self-efficacy, self-esteem, and mental health literacy. Co-creation ensures that people’s real needs are thoroughly considered and taken into account.
But it can be challenging to put co-creation into practice. This webinar will seek to cover what co-creation is, how it has been done, and how you can do it in your organization and context. We have gathered speakers from across the WHO European Region to talk about their experiences of co-creation. We will also give an opportunity to the audience to ask questions.
